Stephen Morgan Photo LLC owns the copyright to all images and content produced. Stephen Morgan Photo LLC has the right to publish or sub-license any material produced for our own marketing and use. What is sold to a client is an individual non -exclusive license for their own marketing use. The images may only be used by the purchaser for their website, printing, social media, and other various forms of online advertising. The images are not to be given or sold to any third parties for any reason. Any third parties will need to contact Stephen Morgan Photo LLC for usage. Photo credit is required for any public display of work including (web, social, editorial.) WE FORCEFULLY PROTECT OUR COPYRIGHT INTERESTS.

Stephen Morgan Photo LLC is the exclusive copyright holder of all images. Full image rights are not sold or granted, clients only receive licenses.

Real Estate

Image use terms as follows; the client who paid for the service has permission to use images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The license agreement is valid only for the duration the property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written approval from Stephen Morgan Photo LLC. Agents, clients may not sell, transfer, or gift any images for any reason to any third party including the homeowner. Image licenses are non-transferable. Photo credit is required where reasonably possible including (web, social, editorial, paid ads.)

Right to Refuse

Stephen Morgan Photography reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. AT ANY TIME STEPHEN MORGAN PHOTOGRAPHY CAN TERMINATE THE RELATIONSHIP AND OR PHOTO USE AGREEMENT.

By hiring Stephen Morgan Photography, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are also acknowledging that such an agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Stephen Morgan Photography.
